Shipping Carrier Liability
- Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, Sablewood Paper Company is not responsible for any shipping or delivery delays.
- We cannot be held liable for:
- Carrier-related delays
- Unexpected shipping route interruptions
- External factors affecting delivery times
- Any consequential damages resulting from shipping delays
- Refunds will not be given for delays or lost packages.

Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons (holidays), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions

- Some items may have shipping limitations due to size, weight, or local regulations.

Tracking and Delivery
- A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, international regulations, or carrier issues.
Shipping Insurance
- All shipments under $100 come with complimentary shipping insurance.
- For higher-value items, please message us to request shipping insurance. Sablewood Paper Company is not responsible for reimbursement for lost or damaged packages that have not been covered by shipping insurance
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If a package is lost in transit:
- Check your tracking
- Reach out to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and ask for package coordinates
- Check with neighbors to see if your package has been misdelivered
- If your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate your package, file a theft report with your local police.
- For damaged items:
- Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
Special Conditions
- Some bulky or fragile items may incur additional shipping charges.
- Oversized packages might require special handling and may have different shipping rates.
Cancellations and Returns
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
- Once an order is shipped, our Return Policy will apply.
- Shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
