Products

Sizes for all products are outlined clearly in the listing details. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact me! If you would like a different size, contact me to create a custom listing for you! Pricing may change for custom pieces.

Returns & Cancellations

Reach out to us at hello@sablewoodpaper.com! Here are the guidelines for returns:

• Contact us within 7 business days of delivery

• Items must be shipped (postmarked) within 30 days of delivery

• Tracking information must be provided

• Customer will be responsible for return shipping

Forced returns are not accepted and refunds will not be given for forced returns.

We totally understand! We will accept cancellations within 24 hours after you place your order. 

Because of our quick processing times, orders may not be cancelled outside of 24 hours from the time you place your order.

We don't allow returns on custom items. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
